Suggested Procedure:

1) CLEANSE with Botanical Skin Cleanser.

2) EFFERVESCENT MINERAL C MASQUE: Works deeply into pores killing infection (important step to reduce acne and blemishes). Controls oil without dehydrating the skin. Great for all skin types and conditions. Exfoliates and softens skin.

3)Mix 1/4 teaspoon of #1 and #2 dry minerals. Activate by adding a few drops of distilled or purified water to form a thick paste that fizzes. Apply with finger immediately to get the full activation to the skin. You will notice a pink oxygen flush and you will experience a tingling sensation. Apply by dabbing the masque on instead of rubbing. Cover the entire face and under the chin avoiding the under eye and eyelid. Do neck and chest too if you wish, but this may require more mineral masque. Leave the masque on until no more sensation is left (about 3-5 minutes). Rinse well.

4) HYDROTHERAPY SOLUTION: Wet the tip of the wooden stick enclosed and then roll a piece of cotton around the tip to create a giant Q-tip. Saturate the cotton tip until well moistened with the Hydrotherapy solution. Swipe the entire face and neck to moisten and then begin lightly rolling. NOTE: WORK THE ENTIRE EYE AREA WITH GENTLE STROKES. As the liquid absorbs apply more and more pressure until you
achieve heavy rolling. The rolling steps should take a total of about 15 minutes. When the Q-tip is fairly dry, drag it on top of the skin to drag off dead skin cells. Complete by tapping Q-tip over the entire face.

5) This step is incredibly beautifying. Use a drop or two of Bio-Therapy. Work gently into skin. Add a small amount of Botanical Plus and work in Eye Miracle around the eyes or in areas that are overly dry. A small amount goes a long way.
